1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Flame (the coding-labs platform at flamee.in, including NeonFlow visual execution), you agree to these terms. If you use Flame on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under them. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Teachers are responsible for the batches they create and the content they assign.
3. Acceptable use
Code you run on Flame executes in sandboxed environments. You agree not to attempt to break out of sandboxes, disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Submissions must be your own work unless your instructor permits collaboration.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium unlocks unlimited NeonFlow runs and additional languages. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay for INR, Dodo Payments internationally); Flame does not store card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next billing cycle.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the code you write. You grant Flame a limited licence to store, execute, and display it to you and — for coursework — to your teacher, and to cache anonymised execution traces to operate the service.
6. Availability & changes
Flame is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features. Educational results (test outcomes, visualizations) are aids to learning, not certifications.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (content licences already exercised, liability limits) survive.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flame is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
